A large-scale condominium boom was in LA along with downtown development 15-20 years ago. There is a necessity for a revamp to sustain in the market. Re-defining the concept of the condo was an interesting process and the work scope includes exterior facade paint, interior paint color, flooring, walls and ceiling treatment, lighting and signage in public corridors, unit entries, elevator vestibules.

Compositional design with vibrant color in the exterior facade stands out from context and it integrates with facade volume in and out. For the public corridor, new color treatment connecting unit canopy and ceiling in one color makes the space lighter and gives a pleasant experience of a double sided long linear corridor.
